1. Introduction

This Refund & Return Policy (“Policy”) governs the return, replacement, cancellation, and refund process for products purchased through:

The Platform is operated by Roboi Private Limited (“Roboi”, “Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By placing an order on the Platform, you agree to this Policy.

2. Eligibility for Returns

  • The product must remain in original condition;
  • Original packaging, accessories, manuals, and invoices must be retained.

3. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Products

The following products/services are generally non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective:

  • NVIDIA GPUs and AI computing hardware once opened or installed;
  • Robotics hardware and embedded electronics;
  • Customized or configured products;
  • Enterprise orders and bulk purchases;
  • Software licenses and digital products;
  • Pre-order and special procurement items;
  • Products damaged due to misuse, overheating, electrical failure, improper installation, or unauthorized modification;
  • Consumables and accessories unless defective.

Roboi reserves the right to determine product eligibility after inspection.

4. Order Cancellation

a. Before Shipment

  • Orders may be cancelled before shipment confirmation.
  • If payment has been processed, eligible refunds will be initiated to the original payment method.

b. After Shipment

  • Orders that have already been shipped generally cannot be cancelled.
  • Customers may still request return approval under applicable return conditions.

5. Return Process

To initiate a return request, customers must contact:

  • Reason for return
  • Photos/videos of the issue (if applicable)

If the returned product is found:

  • Tampered,
  • Physically damaged after delivery,
  • Incomplete,
  • Modified,
  • Used beyond reasonable inspection,

the return/refund request may be rejected.

7. Refunds

Approved refunds will generally be processed:

  • Through the original payment method where possible.

Refund timelines may vary depending on:

Shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, installation fees, and payment gateway charges may be non-refundable unless otherwise determined by Roboi.

Replacement timelines depend on:

  • Manufacturer approval;
  • Import/export processes;

9. Manufacturer Warranty

Many products sold on the Platform are covered by manufacturer warranties.

Warranty claims may be subject to:

  • Manufacturer policies;
  • Service center verification;
  • Technical diagnostics.

Roboi may assist customers in coordinating warranty support but does not independently guarantee third-party warranty approvals.

10. Shipping Responsibility for Returns

Unless the product is confirmed defective or incorrectly delivered:

  • Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer;
  • Customers are responsible for secure packaging during return transit.

Roboi is not responsible for products damaged during unauthorized or improperly packed return shipments.

11. International Orders

For international orders:

  • Import duties, customs fees, and taxes are generally non-refundable;

  • Delays caused by customs authorities are outside Roboi’s control.

12. Fraud Prevention
